My leg is fatty ..specially knee calf muscle is more fatty than the other calf muscle..but no pain no swelling...only I feel the right calf is fatty than the left one...what should I do

Its totally normal thing
These are variations in normal anatomy
If you take your biceps for example and measure them your dominant hand which might be either right or left will generally be 1 inch more in circumference than your non dominant arm biceps .
Just watch the vedio about christiano ronaldo(he is a famous football player ) anatomy
He has calf muscle sizes differences one is big the other is smaller

if any sweeling , pain ,redness , warmth develop it could probably be a DVT (deep vein thrombosis ) consult a surgeon ASAP!!!!
