This is regarding my father age 65 , he expirenced a sudden fall in night after waking up from sleep , caused 2 min of shock and inablity of speech after which he stood up on his own no numbness or or weakness or slurry speach no symptoms after that subsequent holter ecg and ct scan where done which came out to be normal , have high triglyceride at 340 , and low sodium level , fasting glucose normal

Does he had any giddiness before fall?any stiffness of limbs during that 2mins?any confusion after regain of consciousness..??needs thorough history actually......consult Neurophysician

As per your history, his symptoms could be due to low sodium levels, low or high blood pressure or a intracranial cause like a stroke.
If symptoms persists get an MRI of Brain done, and also an EEG to rule out a seizure activity in case MRI brain is also normal.
