One eye is more wattery
My son is 3 months old ..his one eye is getting more wattery than the other ..since today morning.. Is this of something dangerous??

Since it is a recent occurrence may be due to  nasal congestion. But definitely lacrimal massage will help.
Next Steps
if the discharge becomes purulant, antibiotics eye drops may be needed.

Can be eye infection/lacrimal duct block.. Clean eyes with cotton soaked in warm water thrice a day.

No. Watery eyes are very common in babies. Even upto 1 yr babies can hv watery eyes . It's usually due to tear duct obstruction.
Next Steps
Lacrimal massage( check videos in youtube ) after each feed really helps .
