One sided headache is usually a symptom of migraine which is very common medical condition. Migraine gets aggravated by light, loud sound, caffeine, sleep deprivation. So avoid chocolate, coffee, cheese. Wear sunglasses whenever you go out. Sleep on time. Consult psychiatrist or neurologist. Consult me online.
