One sided headache
Having one sided headache for the past two weeks i will get headache in right side or i will get in the left side but i will not get headache on the both side because of this i can't able to do anything, i can't able to eat properly, i'm feeling hungry but if i eat little i feeling fill and i can able to eat only one time in a day, commonly all will eat for three times but i can able to eat only one in a day. why and what is the problem for me?

Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on
