One swollen tonsil
My right tonsil is swollen or significanty largest than my left tonsil,there is no pain,but it's pretty big and has these crater looking things and white spots,I have a cough with it,frequently clearing throat,I went to hospital and they said It was strep without even doing a test, in on penicillin, but I would just like a second opinion,I just am concerned it could be something serious like cancer, can someone tell me what my symptoms might refer and what cancer symptoms are
