Oneside headache
Hello doc, from last week I'm experiencing headache on right side. I'm working in research company so minimum 9 hrs in a day I'm working on computer. But sometime I experience headache on right side only. Is this a migraine or normal headache. Please doc help me out from this... Thank you🙂

You need to follow a work life balance and prevention health measure to keep your body and mind healthy. While you can follow a general guidelines of yoga, meditation and exercise routines, I would still recommend you for a complete mental and physical health assessment through a psychologists to recommend more appropriate and suitable stress management plan.

hi. more information is needed to conclude a diagnosis. but it could be tension headache. consult with me or any psychologist for therapy & counseling. all the best tell me about the frequency and intensity of pain as well
