Hello! Diastolic blood pressure can be elevated due to various factors such as high sodium diet, obesity etc. However, in your case, the reason why it is elevated(mildly)- to find this out, we might need a bit more information. Few insight - BP recorded by the automated machine is not reliable. One reading alone isn't indicative of raised BP. Manual measurements will be more helpful. If you're taking any medication, history of that too is needed. Stress and anxiety is the matter at hand, which we should address for you. Hence, I'd like to suggest that you seek proper consult and follow the advice. Greetings.
Next Steps
Book a consult and follow the advice given.
Health Tips
Right now, your blood pressure is within normal limits. So you don't have to worry. However, I'd definitely advise that you seek consult for stress and anxiety issues.
