Only pan masala ,no tobacco
I am eating paan masala without tobacco since last 4 years. And now i am left with only 2 finger mouth opening. And i have stopped consuming masala since 2 months. What should i do?

It could be OSMF as per your symptoms. Visit nearby dentist. Depending on the signs, medicines will be started and intra lesional injections may be required. Stop the habit ( if still you are continuing )
