If you are not able to conceive either there s some issue with ur semen analysis or with ur wife like ovulatory dysfunction ,blocked tubes etc..
You both need a detailed evaluation..
As i see ur age s 43 yrs , if your wife s also aroud 35 yrs..better to take treatment with an infertility specialist as soon as possible..
