  4. Open cut after accident. The wound open?

Open cut after accident.
I had recently fallen off from my bike. I have a huge cut on my knee. I was using soframycin but it is getting hardened and is also sticking on the wound. Also areas around my left eye have swollen turned purplish in color. Should I leave the wound open ? Could you please suggest me medication for the same.
