Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have a razor blade wound on my wrist which is infected and has puss formation. I went to emergency after 5 days of treating the wound at home . The doctor gave me dressing but said my wound is infected and my lymph node is effected because of it too. Which doctor shall i go to for this a surgeon general physician?
