Hie.. you have got one partially erupted lower molar on the left side.. and opposing third molar of that side is carious.. I could see the periapical lesion on the tooth with rct and cap.. rest, need to evaluate clinically..

There is a radiolucency seen in rct treated tooth. There is a wisdom tooth which is not fully erupted and opposite tooth has caries. What's the reason of getting opd done actually?
Hi ...your OPG shows some problem with erupting wisdom tooth ...both upper and lower .But it requires clinical evaluation to comment on it.
There are also cavities i. Some of the teeth .No other abnormalities found.
