Please specify the regions of your pain sir.
If the pain is in your left upper back tooth region it is because of the upper left wisdom tooth.
If it is in the front tooth region that's because of your incisor tooth has a long standing infection which probably turned into a cyst already...
For which a surgical procedure along with Root canal procedure has to be done...and it would be better if you do it ASAP.

Hii .left side .3,4 may be infected.
Nd left wisdom may cause pericoronitis .your xray not much clear.
So that u can visit dental clinical for clinical examination.

Hii... You have to be more specific for complete diagnosis & treatment planning...I can see in the OPG that there's deep carious wisdom teeth that has to be removed to relieve the pain...
