My grandfather age 85 years was suffering from ILD from last 1 year and he is diabetic patient from 20 years. So pulmonologist asked us to go for echocardiography and following are the impressions:-
LV inferior wall MI.LV apex spared
No LV hypertrophy
Mild Aortic valve calcification. No stenosis
MR+, AR+ +, TR and PR trivial. No PAH
Reduced LV compliance
LV function compromised. LVEF approx 50%
No thrombus seen in LV
Please explain this in simple language and treatment...
