Opinion on Muscle pull due to accident
My husband fell in the gym and he pulled some muscles on his right shoulder, serratus anterior, thigh and twisted his ankle. This happened five days ago and most of his pains have subsided. His ankle has swelling and had a bruise which is also fine now, only swelling remains. Should he be seen by a specialist?

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must

Swelling can be reduced only by applying cold pack u need to apply crepe bandage for the ankle and always keep the foot in elevated position while sleeping and at work also give the foot some rest don’t keep moving all the time by putting on weight
