Eye ball rupture due to lack of lubricants?? I think you want to say you have developed epithelial lesions due to dry eye. If this is the situation you should get it checked by an ophthalmologist and do as he suggests. Other than this you can use moxicip eye ointment till your epithelial lesions heal. If it is due to known dry eye disease then you should use lacryl ultra/systane ultra eye drops three times daily along with oral omega three fatty acid 500 mg tablets once daily for 1 month. If irritation still persists you can add another lubricant eye drops like ontears gel and use it three times a day along with lacryl ultra.
