Inadequate history . previous visual acuity before surgery, how much sight was corrected, corneal topography scan, corneal thickness before and after surgery ,about retina etc etc Unless you are applying for jobs which needs 6/6  vision, Even with 6/9 with clear vision ,is good .

Even 6/9 is good enough for all your major day today activities of work (unless your Job profile requires 6/6 which is basically for forces and locomotion). so dont worry if there is no ocular symptom
Next Steps
why is has not come to 6/6 may be because of a lot of factors go through this article Facts Fixer - Lasik" by Dr. Anshuman Vaish - https://www.practo.com/healthfeed/facts-fixer-lasik-27195/post
Health Tips
Half of the planet's population who dont wear glasses may not be 6/6 in both eyes and they are very comfortable without any ocular complaints.. So nothing majorly to worry as such
