I have oral sub mucous and there is seen some tissue growth. Biopsy done. In biopsy report doctor told there are Showing new primary cancer. We did CT scan and in CT SCAN there is not showing ulceration. CT scan report is good. Please suggest what it means actually.

It seems to be an early stage cancer. Get the appropriate surgery done with an surgical oncologist and further management as per the post surgery histopathology report and have long disease free survival.
