If oral cancer recur locally in the mouth after 5 yrs of treatment is curable. Mouth opening is very short below 10mm and due to radiation therapy full mouth having OSF WITH pericronities. There is seen some tissue growth and in cytology report there is showing some none active cells. Biopsy report awaited. Need suggestions.

The recurrence/new primary after 5 yrs of treatment can be curable in early stages.. it depends on present stage... share imaging(CT SCAN) and biopsy reports...
