There is very less role of anti oxidant suppliments like Tab SM Fibro, more over it is not cost effective. First patient have to quit bad oral habits, like chewing tobacco or arecanut. Then hve to do some blood test and accoding to report iron supplimentation can be given. Copper have some role in OSMF, multi vit tablet containing copper can be given. Then patient need some mouth opening excercise, sometime extraction of lower third molars helps, but need a extra oral radiograph for that.
