I'm having an orthodontic treatment for the last 5 months and I'm having some kind of lumps staying at the back of my upper teeth Gum. There are 3-4 lumps at the back portion of my upper front teeth region..kindly guide me what's this all about.. Thank you..

Itz bcz of irritatn from brcket (clip) or back side wire may be poking you.ask your orthodontist to give relief wax and placed over the clip wherever u have ulcer or lump..remove the relief wax before meals

I have come across such cases.. usually it's because some amount of calculus which is below the gum line... It is found there because of your teeth movement during alignment of teeth . Or reduced oral hygiene during the treatment..

Hello, the lumps can be due to gum irritation because of compromised oral hygiene. Which is generally seen in ortho cases.
