Sir , i have metal implant in my left leg (tibia) in the yr 2009 due to road accident.is it advisible to go for surgery for removal of metal implant now. My age is 43 prediabatic

I am from Hyderabad. Metal inside for more than 2 years, we have to be concerned about metal
Corrosion, bone over growth and screw breakage at the time of removal.
