Have fallen on cumoard in bathroom.. did a xray scan ther is a little crack in 6th rib. Please suggest what to do

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Use Rib belt regularly. Also continue heat fomentation. If no relief u can consider CT Scan of chest

If you have fractured your rib confirmed by an X-ray, then you should take painkillers( avoid any combination with Ibubrufen), according to your medical history and drug allergies Take deep breaths every hour even if it’s uncomfortable to avoid congestion in your lungs Keep the environment moist with steam to avoid any cough

Rest,Ice pack application,analgesic need to be started. Visit a doctor immediately if difficulty in breathing.
Next Steps
Xray film would help to rule out any lung injury.
