Orthodontic treatment- correction of alignment/ position of teeth
Orthotropic treatment- correction of facial growth, jaw, growth patterns.
Would advise you for orthodontic treatment as your 20years old already.
Every change to the natural things does have a side effect
But for protrusion - go for orthodontic treatment
