What are the main aim and differences between orthodontic and orthotropic treatment? For protrusion type of teeth which treatment is best between them? Is there any side effects of these two treatments? Please help...

Orthodontic treatment- correction of alignment/ position of teeth Orthotropic treatment- correction of facial growth, jaw, growth patterns. Would advise you for orthodontic treatment as your 20years old already. Every change to the natural things does have a side effect But for protrusion - go for orthodontic treatment
