Don't keep Stress, Take safe herbal Ayurvedic remedy, Decoction of Triphala Churna 1 tsf in 1/2 glass of water, keep in mouth ,hold for 5 minutes in mouth and then spit out two there times a day, Drink Decoction of Giloy Tinorospora cordifolia+ Mulahathi at morning, place coconut oil in mouth once a day for 5 minutes., khadiradi Vati 2 tabs tid to be sucked,tab Septelin ( Himalaya drug)1 bid
