Osteoarthritis
I have osteoarthritis at age of 42, the damage is in multiple location of cartilage,so osteotomy and grafting etc are not effective for me.I heard about ozone therapy and PRP therapy.but don't know how effective they are .??

The decision in arthritis is made on the fact, of type of arthritis u have, at your age degenerative arthritis is less likely, but possibility of inflammatory arthritis is high, so get evaluated and get x rays.
