You can try hyaluronidase or steroid injection. Physio -quads exercises. Braces depends on your X-rays. Knee replacement if severe arthritis and none of the other treatment works.

Looks like OA..Plz share STANDING x-ray.. Till thn avoid floor sitting and cross-legged sitting and squatting
