Osteopenia/osteoporosis
Currently I have gone through Bone mass density test and having a very bad T-score ranging from -1SD to -2.4SD.. almost on the verge of osteoporosis.. Is it possible to get a normal healthy T-score (bone-mass) by taking proper diet and calcium and Vitamin D supplements at the age of 28 ? Is it possible to reverse d bone loss process and achieve a peak level of bone mass density at this age ?
