Hi. I'm from Pakistan. I like your videos because they are very much informative and helpful.
My mother is suffering from Osteoporosis. Dr has diagnosed osteoporosis. She is using medicine Urarthron. Dr said that she will be injected ACLASTA injection Once in a Year. She can't walk more and her knee is blocked badly. Her left shoulder also not moving upwards. Dr has also said that she will be taking oral DAN D injsction/Capsule for Vit D. Please prescribe medicines which are available in Pakist

Her pains are not from Osteoporosis alone. She has osteoarthritis probably and may need surgery for the knees. The shoulder may settle down with exercises.
