Otitis media in rt ear & crackling sound
I had cold and cough for 1 week. Post that I had otitis media in my right ear since 2 weeks now. I had been prescribed antibiotics and OM is cured now. But still I am having crackling sound while swallowing since more than 2 weeks now and it is worst at night. I showed to ENT but he said there is no infection and wax as well and ear is clear now. But this crackling sound is driving me crazy and not letting me sleep. Also i am pregnant 3 months. Pls suggest.

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days to week. You can do valsalva maneuver for quick recovery. Medicines needs to be avoided during pregnancy
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
