I am suffering from the ear infection for more than one year may i know only the operation is the only way or any other method to cure my disease (i have a hole in my left eardrum)

You seem to be suffering from chronic suppurative otitis media which is a common type chronic middle ear infection. Permanent treatment is surgery known as tympanoplasty. There is no other permanent solution. Meanwhile you need keep your ear dry and avoid entry of water inside ear.
