Asked for Female, 20 Years

Hello ! Please tell me how can ovarian cycts be treated via medicines. My sister is diagnosed as having three cycts,one located in the left ovary,one in right and one in the lower part. The doctor has prescribed a surgery but as she is un married we want to avoid this surgery option. Also tell me please can despirin help in this problem? Thanks I shall be waiting to get your reply.
