This is my latest sonography report.....what does it mean...m I at risk of not conceiving or become infertile?? As now it's 2 year of marriage and we r looking for family planning...plz advise

Are they hemorrhagic in nature in ultrasound ? If no , just hv a course of antibiotics from your gynaecologist. If yes , then these may be endometrioma which requires progesterone tt.
