Querie: I am 14 yr old. from Ultrasound a simple cyst of 4cm and functional cyst of 4 cm was found on ovary during post mensural period of 6 days. Does it need removal what will the consequence , i am having pain when pressed in lower abdomen

Simple cysts of less that 6 cms can be dissolved for oc pills ..consult a gynaec so that it can be started .
