GROSS MORPHOLOGY:
Specimen of multiple grey white tissues bits altogether measuring 1 * 0.5 cm.All embed (1) block
MICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION:
Section shows an invasive squamous carcinoma represented by infilltrating trabeculae and solid sheets of cells with pleomorphic nuclei and cytoplasmic keratinisation. A dense inflammatory cell infiltrate present in stroma.
IMPRESSION:
Cervical biopsy: Keratinizing Squamous Cell Carcinom
