  4. Ovary cyst. Medicine it will be cured?

I m having cyst 29.6x29.3x28.2mm vol 12.8cc right and 34.0x29.5x19.3mm vol 10.1cc left ovary suggested endometriosis.Need to conceive but couldn't have . i need to go for laparoscopy or not? Or with medicine it will be cured?
