Im having pain in lower abdomen because of cyst in left ovary of 21×21mm it is hammoragic cyst im taking medicine suggstd by my gaenac but still pain rehta hai what is the cause fr such a severe pain is it a serious problm my dr. Is very strict nd good but i dont know the cause fr it
