Being over weight is a serious concern? she had mild viral fever during Diwali holidays
From past one week , she is sweating excessively under normal temperature also.
Please suggest if any medical tests are needed.

If her temperature is more than 100 Fahrenheit, repeatedly for many readings , you will need to do her fever profile.
Next Steps
Overweight children need the right diet , stop all sweets and junk food . Use less oil .No butter and ghee. Exercise for 40 min in the form of games and cycling is advised.
Health Tips
If there is no fever recorded , then no need to do any tests .However excesses sweat can be caused by Thyroid hormone imbalances also . You can do a thyroid profile then .

We have to take her height weight age and growth rate into consideration . Obesity must not be encouraged as it results into metabolic syndrome . You must consult regularly to decide balance of input out put & to investigate hypothyroidism and other causes of obesity . At the same time she should not be deprived of nutrients . This needs regular consultancy so make a plan .
