1. Bulky Uterus with a big Sub serosal fibroid. Size of Cyst is 4.2 cm* 3.7cm in Right ovary.
2. 2 Intramural fibroids of anterior and posterior wall.

Meet to gynaecologist and discuss with her.Ovarian cyst is also little big.Is she getting any problem due to fibroid like bleeding (heavy),intermenstrual bleeding,pain or any pressure symptoms.Uf yes further evaluation is necessary.
