Overmastrubation
Hi,  I am 33 year old, single male. I have a habit of over mastrubation from my age of 14, Still i am continueing, earlier i did daily but now i reduced to weekly. I am going to get married soon, i am affraid that i am not fit for physhical relationship because of my over mastrubation habit my penis is still uncut and small, i lost my physical strength in my whole body, my hip surrounded with black colored over my skin and i recently visited a sexologist they gave me oval shapped yellow tablet ask me to have half of it everyday. i having it more than 6 months but still i having all the problem. Please help me to recover from this before my marriage.  The problems I have is - psycological problems (like no proper eye contacts when speaking with others, always affraid of something, depression)physical problems (like strength less body, small sized penis, dark circles around eye, hands were become lean, hip went inside and black colored.)
