I have oversleeping problem,how can I get relief from it? My sleep schedule is 10.30 / 11 p.m. in the morning I should wakeup at 6 a.m , but I can't. I will wake up around 10 a.m. How can I manage this problem? Afternoon also I'm sleeping. I don't know what to do. Mom getting angry. Please give some solutions.
