Overthinking and self confidence
My overthinking to any thing about past future or even when I have to text or call to a person whom I hardly know , I start thinking lot of things what to text what to say what reply will come and then eventually I don't text or say what I have to say. So this type of thinking I want to remove and also due to which I think lack of confidence developed inside me in doing or initiating anything. Suggest some yoga or mediation which I try in lockdown period.

I am glad you are aware that you are overthinking and overanalysing, which concludes a negative or worst outcome, difficultly letting things go, regretting making decisions is one of the difficulties, taking things personally when they aren’t , trying for perfection as a result criticising yourself and beating yourself up, for small mistakes and the “ I should’ve done this” or that” kind of self talk which leads to loss of confidence as you are not 100 % sure making you tense and feel like switching the brain off. Your calling unknown ppl, needs to be understood well and deeply which is possible if you make an appointment
Next Steps
You need to get in to mindfulness meditation which will help you to focus and see your strength rather then failures
