Overthinking anxiety reactive & passive
My reactions r creating problem to others, ignorance is unbearable, feel lost, I get hurt a lot, I feel no one gets me, at times I feel I m selfish at other times I feel my expectations r killing me, I cry nd laugh at the same time, I am always blank, I don't know how to react, I want to say, talk but I can't do dat, nothing relieves me, I feel very isolated, insecure, so much of negativity, I m very reactive now, I used to sleep a lot now I find it difficult...

You should undergo personality test like MMPI or MCMI. these are long standing problem commonly faced due to adjustment issues. Psychotherapy is ideal for these problems.

Hi. It seems that you are having some interpersonal problems. You can discuss it in detail with me or any other Psychiatrist for some help. It is important to understand a few things.. Are there some repetitive patterns? Are you having problems with only one person or more than one? Does "so much of negativity" mean you are in a difficult or toxic environment? A mental health professional can discuss in detail and help you.
