Hello. My wife is around 89 kgs and had pcod, but thankfully we are expecting. Its only been a few weeks since we got this news. What precautions should we take considering her weight? We want a safe and sound pregnancy. All her reports are also fine as of now.

Ask Ur obstetrician regarding a detailed diet plan. For obese women the weight gain should be moderate and not as much as a normal woman's weight gain so as to prevent complications in pregnancy and during delivery
