Overwhelming feeling
I feel extremely overwhelmed when I am not sleeping for the last 3 days after a tragedy 3 days ago. I want to die, but I can not kill myself for some reasons. I can not fight anymore, I'm at a different level of being strong. I have stayed strong for too long now. I'm afraid anything can cause me to do something wrong now. Small tasks at short intervals that I cannot not complete keep me alive. There is a person who criticizes me for everything I do. This same person has pushed me to lie all the time. I do not want to have compulsive lying disorder. I'm afraid I'll become a liar. I can not not talk to him. I need help!

You are so young and the whole life is waiting for you with its different colours and shadows. There are many phases in life and everyone has to go through all this phases. Infact this hard time makes people strong. There are many things for you in life ,what requires is slightly change in approach. Enjoy and live each moment of it. Just focus on yourself do what ever makes you happy. Don't think about any one. First love yourself its most important ,when you will start to love yourself then others will also start to love you. And after all its your life so don't be dependent on others for your happiness. Make some good friends. Do some yoga meditation, develop some hobby. Its the peak time for you to make your career focus on your career. Please take help of any professional. If you need my help you can contact me online and you will surely feel the change.

Committing suicide will leave behind its own trail of troubles.. Since you have been a strong person all this while, you might find that open communication and being vulnerable in a safe space like therapy will show you a direction again and stand up to this person who criticizes you. Lying is a coping mechanism for self protection. You are already doing well by keeping your mind engaged in doing some important tasks. This is important, please continue that.

You seek help , it is a good sigh and it makes a step towards your positive mental health. U have to believe in ur self and make some strong decision to fight witg the reality. Consult Psychologist or me immediately and take proper help. It is very much necessary for you to learn the art of dealing with anxiety and every day stress.
