Hello doctor ... I am a SLE patient from last 3 years. I have pain in my stomach so doc suggest me ultrasound so in the reports my left overy shows a moderate sized cyst (32×31mm) . Plz tell me is this serious or not?

If the cyst doesn't have any septations or calcification, then it may not be problematic. Consult with a gynecologist nearby
