Have intercourse in the fertile period, that is between 10th to 20th day of your cycle. Maintain optimal weight. Regular exercises is important.
Meet your epilepsy specialist about the safety of the medicine prescribed in pregnancy .
Start folic acid supplements 3 months prior to pregnancy.
