Ovulation and Implantation bleeding
I am trying to get conceive since 10 months.  I have regular 28 days cycle. Usually there will be small amount of bleeding at the time of Ovulation (14th/15th day). But this time there was similar bleeding at 20th day and 27th day. I thought it was Implantation bleeding. Now my period is due for 2 days but i got UPT negetive. What should i do now? Is it possible that i am pregnant even after negetive UPT? Or is there any  possibility of  other problems??

Kindly wait for your periods for one more week. Most probably you will get your periods on your own in next week.It could be because of the minor hormonal variations in the body which happen cyclically. If you do not get your periods even after one week, kindly repeat the urine pregnancy test at home and once negative ,you can start the medication for getting your periods in the form of a progesterone hormonal pills.
Next Steps
Kindly watch your diet and exercise daily to maintain healthy weight so that your periods are regular every month. You can get your basic hormonal profile done like thyroid profile, prolactin levels and one basic ultrasound scan pelvis.
