Ovulation and Letval
Last month, I took letoval 2.5 mg for 5 days and also took hcg injection. I had abdominal cramps due to ovulation on last month.
This month also I took letoval 2.5 mg for 7 days as per doctor suggestion. But, I cannot take hcg injection due to some personal inconvenience. So, this month, I am not feeling any abdominal cramps. So my doubt is whether ovulation will take place without hcg injection. I also want to know that, ovulation in all months leads to abdominal cramps?How can I know whether ovulation is happening?

Yes ..even without Hcg injection, ovulation happens most of the time..Not every month u will feel abdominal cramps during ovulation ..try contact between 10th to 20th of your period .
